For nearly 10 years I have been in practice and have worked in a variety of settings. During this time I have had the privilege of working with some incredible people and have learned a lot about myself and the process of counseling when it comes to relationships with others and the relationship we have with ourselves. Our lives are made of relationships, even the relationship we have with ourselves. We know some relationships are great while others can sometimes prove to be a bit more difficult. This is natural and sometimes we need a little help in this area of our lives.
